Our Acceptable Use Policy is intended to promote the safe and responsible use of Moonshine AI (“Moonshine”) models, products and services, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), software, or other materials (“Moonshine Technology”). Our technology is created for use by adults, and as such, you must be 18 years of age or the minimum age required to use Moonshine AI Technology in your location, whichever is higher.

If you access, use, or distribute any Moonshine AI Technology, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”). This includes non-commercial, research, and commercial uses of Moonshine AI Technology, including self-hosting Moonshine AI code or weights under the terms of our Non-Commercial Research, Community or Enterprise Licenses and includes accessing Moonshine Technology via third-party hosted platforms. If we learn that you have violated this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to our products and services.

These restrictions do not apply to models that have been explicitly released by Moonshine AI under a different license, such as the MIT license.

You may not use Moonshine AI Technology for any of the following prohibited uses:

• Any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Recording or monitoring the speech of others without their knowledge.
